Portland is a very beautiful place. It is located in the Oregon. I went there with my family. It was a family tour for 4 days. I was so happy to go there with my family. My elder brother Harry reserved a hotel which was among the cheap hotels in Portland. We all went there by flight. When we arrived at the international airport of the Portland we took a taxi and arrived at our hotel rooms. It was Holiday Inn Portland hotel. We arrived there in the evening time so we took full rests in our rooms and decided to go on visit from next day.

First day we went at the Portland Art Museum. It was the oldest museum of the Portland. It was also one of the nation’s twenty-five largest museums. The Portland Museum of Art collection was originally housed in an ancient building that was listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The Portland Museum of Art display cases were one of the best collections of Native American artwork in the country. This exhibit was part of the Portland Museum’s permanent collection and leftovers one of the more popular places to go within the museum. The museum offered over 32,000 pieces of art to the public for viewing as part of its permanent collection. Then we came back to our hotel which was comfortable and among the cheap hotels in Portland.

Then we went at the Portland Rose Test garden. It was really so beautiful and it is best seen between the months of April and June, when the roses are in full bloom, though the park can be enjoyed all summer long. There were nice variety of other flowers, and the park was one of the loveliest places for a picnic in that city. We all enjoyed there. Lots of pictures we collected with flowers.

Then we went to see the Portland Zoo. It was the best scene to see the gorilla. There were lots of other animals like monkeys, Zebras, birds, lions, parrots and other animals. All were busy in there work. It really loved to see them.

Oregon Museum of Science and Industry was the next day attraction. It was really attractive. There we had seen the statues of dinosaurs. That was the major attractions among the people. Then we all felt so hungry. So went at a restaurant which was nearby the museum. It was Nicholas' Restaurant. There we all had food and drinks. Then we came back to our hotel rooms.

It was really amazing to go with family in Portland. All were so happy. Holiday Inn Portland hotel was also so good. I liked the club of that hotel. Music was excellent. They offered great discount for us. This was the best thing of them. They provide great food and complimentary breakfast and world class services in a very cheap rates. We all spent great time in Portland with each other and came back to our home in the next day early morning.  It was really great time to go there.
